Au telephone, jai indiqu que je ne voulais pas de navets dans mon shish taouk car je suis alergique. LA COMMANDE EST ARRIV 1 HEURE PLUS TARD ET QUAND JE ME SUIS ASSIS POUR MANGER, IL Y AVAIT DES NAVETS DANS MON SHISH TAOUK. Jai du donc jetter mon assiette. Morale de lhistoire, NACHETEZ JAMAIS ICI.
Me and my husband ordered from there for the very first time and what a horrible experience they gave us. To begin the woman answering the phone is very rude and impatient, she should think about changing careers because clearly she cannot handle stress of working in the restaurant business. Second, we had a very simple orde 2 plates and a sandwich, no drinks, costing 40$. Not only did they forget to add Tahina (an Arabic sauce, added on the shawarma) But our order also took over 50 min when we live very close.I decided to call back the restaurant to complain and possibly speak to the owner, which was very useless, because unless you plan to drive there and speak to him face to face, over the phone you never know who your actually speaking with. Nevertheless, they gave the phone to the cook, and insulted us by offering to give us a 5 or 6 dollar rebate for the next time on a 45 dollar bill including the tip. Horrible new administration, honestly does not know how to run a restaurant business.First and last time we will be ordering from there.Please do yourself a Big Big Favor, avoid and order elsewhere, you will save yourself a head ach and money badly spent. Thank you for a horrible service!
tant nouveau dans le coin et partant de Montral, je voulais revivre mon Basha ador. Et ben que voil t'y pas ma surprise en voyant qu'au coin de chez nous, il y a ce restaurant. Pas un Basha, mais quelque chose de nouveau. Me sentant l'aventure dans le tapis, je me gte pis me garoche l'intrieur!C'est, de loin, la meilleure exprience Shawarmaine que j'ai eu de ma vie! La sauce, la vinaigrette, le riz (Oh Mon Dieu le riz!), les patates!! Bref, c'tait se pter la tte d'in murs! Wow! Je le recommande tous!
